This Refund Policy applies to The Investor’s Circle Mastermind (the "Program"), a mentorship program offered by Terrica Lynn Smith LLC (“Company”). The Program is designed to educate participants on real estate investing and provide tools, resources, and opportunities for success. By participating, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy, which governs cancellations, refunds, and overall expectations.

The Investor’s Circle Mastermind is a six-month program offering comprehensive real estate investing mentorship. Participants receive access to weekly coaching calls, accountability sessions, real estate analysis meetings, and specialty speaker presentations. Additional benefits include in-person meetups, an online portal containing call replays and resources, and access to Facebook and Telegram communities. Participants are also enrolled in The Ownership Blueprint digital course and gain “Inner Circle” access to exclusive TLS events. While the program offers potential partnership opportunities, these are not guaranteed and are subject to separate agreements and disclosures. The Program emphasizes personal responsibility, requiring participants to execute assigned tasks and engage fully to maximize their learning experience.

Participants have a Right-to-Cancel period of three days, provided no program activities have been accessed or engaged in, such as attending calls, accessing the portal, or participating in the community. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@terricalynnsmith.com or by mail to Terrica Lynn Smith LLC, 4400 Ambassador Caffery Ste A, PMB #376, Lafayette, LA 70508. After this Right-to-Cancel period, all payments become non-refundable, including deposits and any financing or processing fees.

All deposits, program fees, and other fees are non-refundable outside of the Right-to-Cancel period. The program fee for individuals is $17,500. Business partners or spouses may enroll together for a program fee of $27,500, subject to proof of partnership or business ownership. Full-pay discounts and payment plans are available. Payment plans may require additional fees. Program fees cover participation in the Program but exclude expenses related to travel, lodging, or meals for in-person events.

Participants acknowledge that success in real estate investing requires significant effort, dedication, and favorable market conditions, which are beyond the Company’s control. The Program does not promise specific outcomes, guaranteed results, profit, or preservation of capital. Real estate investing inherently involves risks, including market fluctuations, property devaluation, and potential loss of capital. Success stories and testimonials shared by the Company are exceptional and not typical; they should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar outcomes.

Once the Right-to-Cancel period has passed, payments for the Program are strictly non-refundable. This policy ensures that participants are fully committed to their educational journey. 

Partnership opportunities mentioned in the Program are exploratory and not assured. Any potential partnerships require separate agreements and disclosures, with participants expected to conduct their own due diligence. The Company and its affiliates are not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in the Program or any decisions made based on the knowledge gained.

By enrolling in the Program, participants agree to these terms and acknowledge their responsibility for their progress, results, and investment decisions.
